Delvino Caconda is a 3rd year Law student at Katyavala Bwila University. He is SpeakFreely Correspondent from Angola and a local coordinator at Students For Liberty. He is also a member of the Movimento dos Estudantes Angolanos-MEA (Angolan Student Movement). His interests include communication, diplomatic relations and support for freedom.
